Babies Born During Tumult Of Hurricane Katrina

Hurricane Katrina didn't bring destruction and damage to everyone in South Florida. According to Broward General Medical Center CEO, Joe Scott, seven babies were born Thursday and at least 13 more women were in labor.

At least 20 women arrived in labor throughout the day, and eight women near their due dates came to the hospital as a precaution ahead of the storm

The Italian Red Cross treated four "presumed Iraqi terrorists" at its Baghdad hospital to secure the release of two kidnapped Italian aid workers, according to a media report.

Pill Just As Effective As Surgery After Failed Pregnancy

A test released Wednesday shows that the drug misoprostol is almost as effective as surgery for removing tissue that remains in the uterus after a failed pregnancy.
