New Medicine Benefits Angola's Sleeping Patients

The Trypanosomiasis Hospital of Viana in the Angolan capital of Luanda is trying a new medicine named "dfmo" to treat patients afflicted with the sleeping sickness. Fortunately, initial results of the medicine proves promising.

The official Angola Press Agency said the new medicine is given with physiological solution of sodiumchloride and is less toxic than other treatments while able to cure in just 14 days

Bill Gates Donates $68 Million To Fight Tropical Diseases
