In February, federal officials seized the pills from three factories that officials said weren't meeting manufacturing standards.

Drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline now says it has identified and fixed the source of problems; plants in Tennessee and Puerto Rico.

According to Glaxo, another drug was reportedly seized; Avandamet will return to the market within two weeks.

Avandamet treats type 2 diabetes, while Paxil treats depression and panic disorder.
