Department of Health (DOH) officials conducted the tests on Kahuku High & Intermediate School students and teachers who came into contact with the TB-infected teacher as a precaution to contain the disease.
The school was the second to be investigated by the state's DOH for signs of TB infections.
In December, DOH workers also tested 132 students and faculty of the Roosevelt High School for TB after a student was diagnosed with the disease. The test found two students infected with tuberculosis.
The DOH said incidence of TB infection has increased slightly in the Aloha State the past two years.
