Jan Vinzenz Krause, from the Institute for Condom Consultancy, said they have developed the condom that will be suitable for every man.
He said, "We're trying to develop the perfect condom for men that's suited to every size of penis. We're very serious."
Krause said his team is developing a spray can which will fit a man's penis. The user will push a button on the can which will then coat the penis with a rubber condom.
The developer added, "It works by spraying on latex from nozzles on all sides.
We call it the '360 degree procedure' - once round and from top to bottom. It's a bit like a car wash."
The researches say they want to make the spray-on condom ready for use in just about five seconds and it will function more effectively because of its perfect fit and it would not slip off.
Krause said he hopes to have the hi-tech condom, which will be available in different strengths and colors, on the market by 2008.
