And since he's done it, he's lost 50 pounds. Steven Hawks has a plan he called "intuitive eating" in which he surrounds himself with all of his favorite treats and partakes only when he is hungry. The plan, which doesn't include counting calories, says that when you surround yourself with foods you crave, you are more likely to eat them in moderation since they are not "restricted" any longer.
