Former President Bill Clinton is forming a unique alliance with none other than SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer, in a campaign to inspire kids to eat healthy foods and exercise.

Clinton, who had heart surgery last year, is joined by Nickelodeon Networks President Herb Scannell, Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and American Heart Association President Robert Eckel in announcing the campaign.

A town hall forum with Clinton, moderated by Linda Ellerbee, is scheduled to air on Nickelodeon Nov. 13.
